I think it would be normal. I mean they would probably train themselves to ear it since other monsters would care, but I think in a land of skeletons no would care. Especially since in the main comics Sans and Papyrus never cared about Gaster seeing them nude. I know that;s just fan stuff, but it's still support on the theory.
