"Drawing" isn't really required. Just save the red SOUL picture from the Undertale wiki, insert it into a black rectangle motivational poster template, type the title "DETERMINATION" and the subtitle "You're filled with it", and you're done. Now I just need to find the template.

A bit late, and I didn't check to see if anyone else had pointed this out, but Sans' winking is relative to the state of the kid's actions: if he's got his right eye open, things are going okay, but if he's got his left glow-capable eye open, it's because he's watching the kid closely because the little dis-temporal bastard has been killing people.
