No, they don't. They really don't. The way Zarla draws Papyrus' mouth is not a "mistake." It's her personal artistic interpretation of the character. If you go through the Papyrus tag, you'll see that there are MANY different ways of drawing Papyrus. Just like there are many different ways of drawing Undyne and Alphys. It's open to interpretation. Giving Undyne fins is not a "mistake." Drawing Alphys with a certain number of spikes is not a "mistake." It's an artistic choice.
Now let's talk about Papyrus' "emblem". You keep insisting over and over (and OVER and OVER) that Zarla is drawing it wrong. Let's look at the official sprite : you can barely even see the stupid emblem. It looks like a vague triangle and some lines. Zarla drew a vague triangle and some lines. Seems pretty close to me. Not like it matters, because it's open to interpretation. Some people don't draw the emblem like that at all! Me, I put the Delta Rune on Papyrus' chest instead. That was an artistic choice I made.
It's okay. People are allowed to draw things how they want. It's not the end of the world, I promise. LET IT GO.
