Description Hello,

I have decided to post up the progress I make on coloring Cyclops as I go. I'll keep updating this deviation until the end when I will rename it Cyclops: Final Colors.

Hopefully you will get a kick out of it. I may even collect all the steps into a single deviation like I did with the Wolverine pic.

COMPLETE!: Thanks everyone for putting up with all the updates. Here are the colors! I'll put up a collected version with all the steps at some point. Hope you like Cyke. I'll be working on Colossus tomorrow.

Hoodamn. Loving the colors on this. So, how you do it is, you lay down your shadow colors first, and then you come back over it later and bring out everything with the brighter middle tones and highlight colors? Or am I way off? o.o

Yep, that's it! I work from dark to light and then, if need be, I throw in an extra couple of adjustments here and there.
