Description
Well, not many people have done it before and I wanted something as a small companion to the fanfic I'm writing on the crew of the Enterprise with daemons.
You may be wondering why Spock is not here, this is because in my interpretation of it would be that only Humans have daemons (you may feel differently but this is my belief)
Right, the crew and their daemons (I also tried to match the expressions the actors have with the expressions the animals have):
Kirk's daemon is called Etana meaning Strength, a African Gray Parrot- VERY intelligent birds with an extremely playful manner
Bones' daemon is called Althea meaning Healer and she is a tortoiseshell cat simply because cats remind me of Bones, particularly when they're like the cat in the picture: highly unimpressed xD
Uhura's daemon is a Crested Eagle named Yaron meaning Singing (in relation to her being a linguist) Eagles are noble and the crested Eagle is a beautiful type of eagle, Uhura is very beautiful- nuff said
Scotty's daemon is an Otter named Betha (Gaelic for Life) I just thought because they're so playful yet sometimes fierce it fitted well :3
Sulu's daemon is a capuchin monkey named Kaori meaning Strong- capuchin monkeys are intelligent, kind and inquisitive and I just think the capuchin monkey looks good with Sulu x I love both Sulu and capuchin monkeys x
Chekov's daemon has only recently settled into a Gray Wolf named Faina (meaning Shining, in reference to Chekov being a very bright kid) Wolves are drastically misunderstood. They are very shy, loyal creatures that work best as a team and are usually only aggressive when prevoked. Chekov's daemon is a Wolf pup because our Pasha's still only a pup himself x :3
Yeah, please don't get angry or defensive, this is my opinion not fact x
