I drew this one quite some time ago, I believe it was while I was watching Atlantis.. or some such thing. I've always admired people who could do what I call "chunky" art, kinda large, thick lines etc. I never could do it properly, this was an attempt to do something closer to that style than my normal. I also had been thinking a LOT about Sam Keith (who is INCREDIBLE) and how beautifully he draws women, particularly I was thinking about Julie Winters from The Maxx, and a gorgeous scene where she sucks in her stomach and then just lets it all go. Just the beautiful lines of more rounded women he does is incredible. Anyway- I tend to draw more slender and muscled girls- so decided to go for a more rounded and soft look.I blurred and painted over the hands- they were just HORRIBLE. I couldn't really fix them either, my mouse skills are just too lacking.

Nice facial expression ^o^ Also I *love* the fact that you actually drew the waist pouching out over the skirt slightly - most people make the vertical skirt line continuous with the waist, but it just makes me wonder how they think the skirt is staying up against gravity if it isn't pulling tight on the flesh. You always put thought into the mechanics of your drawings ^_- Nice toes too :3
