"Why the hell should I trust you?"I dunno, a random anime screenshot I felt like making, although not cell shading this time. Anyways, enjoy!

I usually make a reference circle for the head, turn down the opacity for that layer, then create a new layer and make the sketch on that. After I delete the reference circle layer, I turn the opacity down on the sketch layer, and carefully make the final lines on another new layer.
