Yup It's done entirely on the computer with Photoshop.
I'm currently practicing on "speed paintings" and this is how it all started. If you want, you can check out this awesome tutorial, it's very good to understand how one can paint "quickly" very complex environments : [link]
But to be honest, this was a bit too hard, and I spent some hours on this drawing, so it can't be called a "speed painting" anymore.. xD But well, that was the basic idea behind it

You did this on Photoshop?! Wow! I thought you might have used Corel Painter...
I use Photoshop too, so that means I could learn how to paint like this!
I'm only just learning how to digitally paint without lineart now... (I've only been a digital artist for a few months...)
That tutorial is awesome, and you've obviously perfected the techniques.

xD Yeah, 100% Photoshop. I'm awfully bad with Corel Painter XD (but I keep trying.. xD).

I really want Corel Painter 12, but it's $450!!!
Indeed practice does make perfect... I've been a digital artist for around 5 months now, and I can't remember the last time I went to bed before 11:00PM. I stay up every night drawing until I can no longer hold my tablet pen / pencil, and as a result of drawing for so long and so often, I've improved about as much as an average artist improves in 3 years, but in 5 months.
I now have major hand-strain...
