Gakupo watches silently, tears streaming down his face, as the women leave his mansion, looking at him with a terrified expression on their faces for a second before running for their lives.
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, Gakupo has just gotten stabbed by a man who was posing as a woman. Man, Gakupo's day just sucks right now!
Gakupo lowers his head as he bleeds, he winces at every footstep, until the last one. He looks up to see Gumina Glassred, staring at him. He reaches out his hand in a desperate attempt to confess his love to her; to his surprise and relief, Gumina walks back and kneels down to his level.
“Gakupo...” she whispers, staring right into his eyes, “Why did you...?”
“I....was....consumed...b-by...lust...” Gakupo manages to choke out, before cupping Gumina's face and leaning close, “B-Because....I love...y-you...”
Gumina's eyes widens and she smiles sweetly, making Gakupo's heart do flips. She leans in close as well, as if to kiss the fallen Duke, but before their lips meet; Gumina stops. Gakupo looks at her in confusion, before stiffening at the sinister smirk on the green-haired girl's face.
“Oh...Gakupo,” she whispers, letting her smirk fall. Gumina glares at him, “if only there was someone out there who loved you...”
With that, Gumina stands up and calmly walks towards the mansion's huge oak wooden doors, before she walks out she turns back to Gakupo; who is sobbing hysterically.
“Gumina...w-w-wait...please!” He sobs, looking at her. Gumina snarls and walks out of the mansion, slamming the doors behind her.
Gakupo died alone in that mansion, tear marks down his face, and an expression of pure sadness.
