Treadbolt (not to be confused with the Micromaster/Classics Jetfire redeco who has a similar name but with a space), the roller-loader from the Transformers: Energon toyline, in vehicle mode.

She's a redeco of Armada Scavenger in realistic colors (vastly improving the look), and was originally planned to be Powerlinx Scavenger... but the Armada line ended and so the redeco rolled over into Energon as a new character.
