Description
I was looking through my old drawings and found this. The girl was drawn in 2005. I still adore it somehow. The way she looks up into the sky makes it seem she just wants to take off to another world. I had to CG this.I tried to give it an antique and nostalgic feel to the picture. Hope it turned out alright....

This is beautiful! You chose exactly the right colours, and the wistful expression on her face is just lovely.
The title in combination with the girl's dress is making me think of a live-action Alice in Wonderland film I saw, so that's just an added bonus.

This is amazingly beautiful. I used to have a book of fairy tales when I was little that had tiny, detailed scrolled designs rolling along the side of every page, and here and there you could find little fairies peeking out. This artwork would be right at home there.
