Uhh, practically, when you are speaking in mass effect, your character won't say anything until you pick a respomse for the dialogue wheel. Here [link]

The B&W version of this was quite sinister as it was... but I have to say... you've outdone yourself so very well one this.
... though for some reason, the arm thats closer seems to bug me in the fact that it's kinda "appears" like it's just floating there and not so much attached to the arm that it's supposed to be home to...

All in all, well done!

Well, the way I thought I saw it was that she was holding her hands out, though close to herself to in a sense give off that feeling the two sides being there much like one would a scale... as she was posing the question.
... Though if you wanted the hand to appear like it was on the face more, I think you could have brought up the wrist up a bit and hidden a bit of the thumb behind the middle ear-fin, and that should had at least helped a bit in making it appear that way... so it's not so much an issue of shadows being in odd places in this case.
