The eyes are striking, but once I look beyond them, I notice yet more delightful details... the strong eyebrows, the droplets of water in her hair and the full, unpainted mouth. Very dramatic. Very inspiring. I feel determined myself, now. Thanks for the upload!

Nice, Very nice but IMO I would give more background at the right side and put there something which could make this photo more dramatic... someones shadow etc. Great job with the light, although there are very natural shadows of her hair, the face is perfectly bright and clear. Flash was used??
