Suggestion: try looking at different fonts to spice it up a bit, the font right now is a bit bland o.o Also the clock at the bottom looks a bit basic for this skin, meaning to me it doesnt really fit in.. look around or think up a cool clock to fit in! Pick a theme and go with it! You are definitely on to something here though! Great job!

Why not make the outer rim fill clockwise measure the hour, next inner layer measure the minutes, and the next inner layer measure the seconds? than in the middle have a digital number read out of the time? (make the circles different colors of course)

Nice, Only i've got 1 problem. The cpu text an the net text are completely lined out to the left, almost out of the meter.
