This is Shadowloo Cammy from Street Fighter.
The title has to do with how the move depicted in this drawing is one of the more dominating moves in Capcom vs SNK 2.

I'm happy with how it turned out. The pose is pretty accurate, even though the upper body should be bent more to the side. I didn't know what to do with the right arm. My proportions are allways off, but they turned out well in this one. Exceptions being the floating arm and her torso which is too long. I drew her kicking boot too large at first, but I liked it, so I made the other one bigger to match it. I'm almost sorry I shaded it, cus the shading looks pretty amateuristic. Tips on better shading? pls share.
