Description

So was going through some old pictures on my HD, found a Halo Wars picture that was really really pixelated and just over all low res, forgot exactly why I saved it, but got bored so I decided to do some editing in GIMP in a attempt to make it stand out more. Instead I gave it some dramatic movement where everything seems to be rushing towards the Forrunner Glowing Artifact in the center, as well as make all the fire and stuff stand out more. Its amazing how some blending and smudging goes a long way to act like a paintbrush sometimes to get those effects to look better.
