I decided I haven't been drawing enough butts lately.

She's supposed to be a Goblin 'Blue', rare genetic upshots that are smarter with psychic talents. With blue-tinted skin (compared to a normal goblin)... Here is one using a light effect to show off her outfit or assets, I'm not sure which.
