im intrigued. How did you make the building glow ?? if you look carefully at the outline of the building against the sky you can see a small glow.? is this the C-Pl filter ?

The glow you're seeing (usually referred as "halos") are an effect of the increased local contrast in a photo. This isn't an effect of the C-PL, but rather an artifact from the post-processing (which is usually to avoid, but here I thought it wasn't so disturbing
