XD yeah my technique is different from everyone else. I use non destructive layering. so in essence i could make the gyrados red in half an instant XD. thanks for the watch btw XD.

I feel very curious.. Why so many layers? Could it be because of the icebeam? or the pieces of ice?

all of the above. the feathers, the ice, the beam itself, there were just so many adjustment, texture and shading layers per object that it shot my layers through the roof.
