The last he saw of his trainer was her dragging him to a cryo pod, seeing the panicked look in her eyes.

He awoke.. some years later. Maybe decades. He was the very first Replicant to wake up from prolonged rest. No one saw him again after that. He dove straight into the lower levels of the facility, repeating snarls about keeping order in check...
