Bio: Pyrite is the leader of the bat colony that accompanies the library. She’s headstrong and confident, and isn’t afraid to speak her mind. Despite her tough act she loves to perch on her trainer’s shoulder and receive chin scratches. They’re the best. Deal with it.
She met Jacob by crashing into the library’s chimney as a small Woobat. The teen scooped up the lost bat with his own hands, and washed the soot off her fur. He expected the Woobat to fly off into the wild but she refused to. Years later, her bond with her trainer grows strong. Although she was the second Woobat to arrive.. her place as colony leader was earned by her personality.
