Nurse Sugar Pill is a Pegasus nurse that resides in Ponyville. She works with Nurse Redheart and assists her with medicines. She’s a kind and gentle soul, soothing ponies of all ages so that they’re brave enough to take their medications, from yucky cough syrups to vaccines. Sugar calms ponies undergoing surgery and tells them to not be afraid of the anesthesia and assures them they will awake without any pain. She’s the nurse you see when you’re afraid of needles or unsure about a new antibiotic. When she’s not needed in those areas, she’ll assist Redheart with her practices.
