Description
This city is like Nova Welkis, but with Demons. They treat Half-Losses differently, however. They accept Half-Losses a lot more than the other cities. Their rule is “If it has Demon wings and/or a Demon halo, it is allowed to stay”. They treat Angels the same way Nova Welkis treats Demons. Cerulle send Angels to CloudPost, Nova Welkis or to the Below if they are old enough when caught.
