I put way to much effort into this.

Okay, this .psd file bullshit has 175 total layers.

The price for this base is $3 USD.
(or 300 points idgaf anymore)

Now for some quick rules for this.

1) This is Pay to Use, Paypal preferred.
2) There is a watermark layer in the file. Do not remove this watermark, but feel free to move it around as you see fit (it's small so it doesn't get in the way)
3) Do not distribute this base to those who have not paid.
4) If you have paid for the base but have lost the files, don't hesitate to tell me, I'll just resend you the link.
5) This is a .psd file. It will work with anything that can open .psd files. Sorry MSPaint users.
6) Tag me in/Link me any pics you make using this base (including adopts) because a) credit and b) i wanna see
7) Use for Ref sheets or adoptables (points, paypal, OTa, whatever)
8) Please don't use for commissions or YCHs
9) Don't steal or trace this base (though tracing to add your detail after purchase is okay)
10) Don't complain about the price please

Some extra info
-There is an iris base for each of the eye types (Open, half closed)
-The base shown here is just the default standard.
-You don't have to use the manes or tails provided.
-Feel free to add your own things to this base.
-This image is so barren coz if i showed every layer, it would be chaotic. I'll make some adopts with it to show examples later.
