"My dearest Lyria,
Please take this magnifying glass, the mirror, and the chocolate (I know how you love that brand, they have that rice paper wrapping...) as a token that I am yet alive. I have not been killed, but I must tell you that you should not consider me alive. I have no way of returning. Farewell, my child.
Please do NOT use the magnifying glass at any cost. Especially take care that you do not look into a mirror with it. I have said too much, but let me just say that this device has something to do with why I am damned away from you, my loving family. You are after all my only child left, and without your mother we are few, but still a family. I knew that you would be hurt more than anything with news of my going missing. But please know that I am alive and you are not alone. I admonish you to not attempt to find me, as I am not in any place that can be reached. I only wished to let you know that you are not yet an orphaned woman.

That is what the note said, wrapped around a tiny canister and tied with a bow. It somehow appeared in the mirror, in the downstairs servant quarters. Some of the other servants say that it is where a young woman used to have her room, but it has been decades since that family lived here. Indeed, says the washer woman who works with you day in and day out (Elanda) the family was pronounced dead. Not only the father, but the daughter too, also went missing. Thus the house going for auction. A rich plantation owner bought the place, bringing his army of shall we say, house servants? He is a distant and kind man, despite the disreputable opinion many like him come to deserve.
But that canister indeed has the mirror in it, and a magnifying glass.

"what is this place?" I say to myself as I walked around and looked at the trees "these trees are really weird" then I noticed the statues of me "what the! why are there statues of me here I mean this should be impossible" I say as I decide to head to the tree and statue with the beating heart fruit, bone brances and curly hair leaves as I try to see if there is anything by the statue or the trees

By the statue is a little plaque that simple says your name, Diana. And the trees seem to have grown onto the stone walkway from their soil places, leaning over so you are in a little covered area. A dome of trees within a dome of glass. The streem meanders by all of the trees. You notice there are even birds and a couple bees or flies or something in this place.

"well I know there's animals here and the statue has my name" i then check the leaves out "I wonder why these leaves are shaped like my hair" I then thought of something" did the magnifying glass take me to a world based on me?" If I was right then maybe I could use the magnifying glass on other things "I wonder" I use the magnifying glass on the curly hair leaves on the tree hoping to see what would happen

The leaf you looked at with the glass expanded into a sphere. You could see a metal spring and a paintbrush dipped in dark brown. You could almost reach out and grab those as the bubble they were in was thin like a soap bubble. You could also see other things around them, but they were out of focus.

"I wonder could they be what represents my hair?" I then head towards the metal spring as I go and grab the spring "If I'm right maybe this represents my hair curliness" I say as I try to find a way to head back to the area I was at earlier hoping to see what would happen if I took out the metal spring from the leaf

(you can reach into the bubble without jumping into it. The reason you automatically went into yourself when you used the glass on the mirror was you became the subject. But anything that is the subject of the glass you can reach into and pull things out of without entering. If you enter, then that's cool too. )
(Assuming you didn't jump all the way in...otherwise I would have described what that place looks like outside of the two objects
As you take the spring out of the bubble, you notice the bubble begins rippling. It closes up and the leaf is like it was before again. Strangely, it begins to rustle, and unravel until it becomes a long thin leaf. You can feel something brush against your shoulders. Your hair has somehow straightened.

"woah it worked my hair is straight" I say and realized that if I pull something out I can alter myself though this made me wonder could I change my race? I then decide to check out one of the other trees as I look at the 3 remaining trees and what most likely they represent as I just kept feeling my new straight hair as I also go to see if the statue's appearance changed from the spring removal as well as I also check out the statue's hair

The statue's hair seemed to reflect you and it had straight hair. You can see that the fish bowl tree is odd because the stream is right there, but the fish will never be able to swim in the stream. It's an odd fruit. The tree with toy and candy fruit was odd because it seemed so youthful and childish. The house tree's fruit looked oddly like the plantation home where you lived.

"so if I change myself the statue changes too" look at the remaining trees and decide to check out the toy and candy tree as I head over there hoping to try something else out as I look at the tree again to see what it is made out of besides just the toy and candy as I go nearby it

The branches looked like a natural tree and the fruit were the only really unusual part of this tree, other than the fact that there were seedlings hanging under the fruit that looked like tiny hourglasses with just a little bit of sand in the bottom.

"maybe this is my age?" I liked the fact that the tree was the most normal looking of the trees as I decide to look in the hourglass "maybe I can try something different this time" I go nearby the tree and use the magnifying glass on the hourglass fruit hoping to see what I see in the fruit like I did with the leaves

When you look at the hour glass seeds, it expands into a bubble where there is a stone table top in focus with eleven (I'm assuming she's about eleven?) sun-shaped rocks stacked. There were some moon-shaped rocks (months) stacked and a whole pile of round pebbles, which presumably represented days.

I look at them "I wonder what would happen if I did this" I decide to use the magnifying glass on the stone table top in focus with eleven to see if I can go deeper (um replying on the phone so it's hard to tell how much I typed)

Opening up the eleven stacked sun stones, you see a black space with glowing blue lines. There is a model of the sun resting on the lines, causing them to sag, as well as a bicycle wheel. There also seems to be glowing number 11 resting on the lines as well.

"Maybe I can change my age somehow" I go over to the glowing eleven"if I changed the numbers I could make myself older or younger" I try to change the number to an 18

It looks like it's just drawn on in chalk. There was a piece next to it and an eraser as well. The number changed to 18, you notice the number of sun stones suddenly multiples from 11 to 18. You can feel yourself growing suddenly. Your hips began to widen, your chest began to blossom, and you could feel your body flood with a whole rush of hormones as you grew, your little white and blue dress becoming very small.

" Seems like I'll need a new dress" I say as I try to find way back to the previous area to try one more thing (this time it'll be a jump)

(You haven't left the garden. You haven't jumped into anything so far except yourself when you used the glass on the mirror. that's an automatic jump. The other stuff you've been doing hasn't needed to use any jumping.)
You find that there isn't any way back to the laundry room where you started. It seems you are stuck in this garden.

(okay) "well I guess I could try to check something else" but before I go I try to see if the tree changed from changing my age to 18years old since the last time I changed something the part I changed also affected the tree

You notice that there is a little less sand in the seeds and the candy and toys begin to morph into beautiful flowers.

"Seem like as I get older the things on the tree will change" I then decide to use the magnifying glass on the new flowers on the tree to see what they have in them

Strangely, as you use the glass on them, it opens up to a soil terrarium with strange plants growing out of it. Each plant seems to have a different part of a flower on it instead of the whole thing. Other than that there doesn't seem to be anything there.

I then decide that I shouldn't mess with anything here as I then decide to use the magnifying glass on my small dress not only to fix the size but to try something else

I decide not to use the magnifying glass on my dress and instead go to the tree with the houses to see if I can use the magnifying glass as I use it on one of the near by tiny houses

Using it on a house brought up a large green map dotted with countries and flags. THere was a marker that almost looked like a pawn from a chess board somewhere in the southern united states, showing your location.

I then walk towards the map as I try to see how close I can get to the map without changing it (mind if I jump into the map or will something go wrong if I do that)

(The map is inside a balloon sized magic globe. inside that globe is a vision of whatever awaits you should you enter the bubble. Does that make sense?) You can get right up to it without anything happening, you can even reach your arm in and touch flags. THe whole map is visible from where you stand. The area around the map is out of focus, however.

(yes) I decide to take a deep breath and courage and go inside the bubble to see what would happen as I entered it

As you enter it, it seems to swallow you whole. Suddenly you are standing on the map, the pawn right in front of you, your buckled shoesin the atlantic ocean part of the map. You could feel a light breeze against your nearly uncovered legs and the map seemed to be wide, but it was a miniature globe nevertheless. You could walk all the way around it, but it would be like a tiny planet. The sky was clear for now.

"Now this is different I guess I could look around and see what I can find" I say as I try to go to the area of the globe that was unfocused to see what was there if I could find it that is as I was unfamiliar with the globe

As you walk around, you notice that you are on the surface of a planet roughly the size of a mountain. It's smooth and round and as you walk, you see different parts of the map. You are able to walk all the way around until you end up where you started. Strangely clouds come and go. Now that you're here, nowhere is out of focus except far-away places.

I try to find something I could use the magnifying glass as I look around at what I could possibly use the magnifying glass to at least either find a way back to the garden or find out some place I can go to, maybe get more information on this place

You notice the flags, countries, the pawn where your location was. You could see also that there was something in the sky coming quickly. It was like a shooting star.

"that could work" I then decided to, use the magnifying glass on the shooting star "maybe something in there can at least help me this time" I pull out my magnifying glass and point it at what appeared to be a shooting star which I hoped it was

You aimed it at the shooting star and just as it was about to slam into earth, it expanded into a bubble, showing a rock, a large glowing arrow pointing in the direction that shooting star had been traveling (which is right to where you are) a large roll of sandpaper, and a girl wearing a long blue dress looking perplexed.

"a girl?" I ignore everything else as I go towards the girl in the long blue dress as I try to talk to her "um hello can you hear me? if you can, can you wave or shake your head or nod or at least say something to me." I say wanting to know who the girl is and why she is in the shooting star as it would at least be some company to be with here

She was so surprised, "oh wow...how did you find me? how did you get here? also...could you please stop this thing? I can't do it from where I am, but if you could just pull that arrow out, it will take all of the speed from this shooting star and I won't crash" She seemed very calm considering the circumstance she had been in.

"okay then but you have to tell me who you are" I pull out the arrow like she said as I decide to take it with me in case I need it again like the spring "Okay I taken the arrow out, now can you tell me who you are also to answer your questions from earlier I used my magnifying glass on the shooting star and it showed you and the items"

As you pull the arrow out, the bubble closes just as she is clearing her throat to say something. The shooting star hovers in front of you with no velocity and then drops to the ground, it's flames still purring. Suddenly there was a white light and the rock opened up of it's own accord and the girl stepped out. "There, that's better." She was holding a crystal ball in her hand that seemed to glitter brilliantly and then it stopped. SHe put it in a satchel she had slung over her shoulder. "Yes, you don't have to tell me the obvious. I'm Lyriah and I've been looking for that magnifying glass for a long time, so if you could please give it to me that would be VERY helpful" she said, holding out her open hand.

"okay but I really need to also find a way back to the garden I was in earlier" I give the magnifying glass to her "anyway Lyriah how did you get in the shooting star in the first place?" I say kind of confuse on how she got in there as I have one other question "and what is the crystal ball for?"

She looked at you and your dress and laughed. "aren't you a talkative one..." she looked giddy to have both items in her hands. She was white and tall and thin, probably sixteen or seventeen. Her hair was blond and she wore no makeup. Her hair hung down and she had a little bit of it braided that looked like it needed to be re-done soon. She looked at the glass and pointed it at you. You didn't feel anything at all, but suddenly you were glowing and she reached forward into you. She took her hand out again. "you mean that garden inside of you? You are trapped either way...we can go there right now if you want." She stopped and hefted the glass. "if I use this on you right now, I can go there myself, but you can't come with me."

"well I would like to find a way for both of us to get there Lyriah" I say knowing if I'm at least trapped here at least I would want some company "truth be told I kind of want a friend with me or at least anybody since I've been alone here for quite a bit" I say hoping she had a way for both of us to go there

She shook her head. "I won't leave you here, I was just explaining the danger. Truth be told I've been alone walking around here for a long time. I used to have this glass you know. And that box with the chocolate in it. I hope you didn't eat it...that was a present for me. But I got stuck and I needed someone to come get me. The truth is...I don't know how we crossed paths. It's really lucky because you were probably going to go deeper and deeper with that glass and I was just going to get bigger and bigger with my crystal ball. It allows you to go out. The problem is I went too far out and didn't realize it. So I ended up among the stars and strange concepts. I came up so abstract, I guess this is a map or something..." she looked around. "with both of these we can get out of here easily. Why is your dress so immodest?" she said finally.

"well here's the thing I went into a tree that represented my age and aged myself up to 18 you see originally I was only 11 years old, unfortunately my dress didn't change with me so it well stayed the same" I say blushing bright red in front of her

"Oh, I understand. We should get you something better then shouldn't we? And do you want to stay 18? Or do you want to be 11 again?" She said, fidgeting with the sleeves of your dress.

"I want to stay 18 for now at least so we should probably find something better for me to wear." I say still blushing "anyway do you know where we can get some clothing for me to wear that can fit or are you planning to alter my dress with the magnifying glass so it fits me?"

She nodded, "okay...yes we'll need to take this off of you. You are wearing something else underneath, so this shouldn't be so bad, right?" She went behind you and began unzipping your dress.

"yes" I say as I take off my dress with her "so I guess we just use the magnifying glass to change my dress to fit me right?" I say as I watch Lyriah set the dress down so we would be prepared to use the magnifying glass on it to change it

She didn't say anything, she looked at the dress through the glass. From this angle you could see what it looked like-- there was a little light that went out from the lens and hit the dress, causing it to glow and then quickly expand and shrink into a basketball shaped globe. She looked at you and waved for you to come with her.
