Description
You find yourself in ___(choose a dangerous environment...can be any)__Pretend you are evolving, but as a single individual rather than a species. You behave like the evolution of a species though, and so if you aren't in danger, you won't evolve! There is another way you can evolve, however, and that's through mating selection! but the way we will handle that is non-mature (I have a plan I swear). Also there is competition, so you will have to adapt to compete for survival of the fittest!
So in this RP you will be TF'd to survive the environment wherever you go! This means partial transformations almost all the time, and multiple transformations as well. This one is gonna be really freeform, so if you have an idea, tell me in the notes or message and we can work it into a fun game!
And if you like, you can start off as whatever you like, but be warned! you won't end up the same as you started!!!!

He is unable to move out of the way in time and the rock slices his neck pretty badly. "agh!" he steps back and pushes you away from him, swinging his tail at your head.

He looks at himself and motions to his armor. "my armor"

She turned her head to the side, "hmmm only I can take it from him, but you could get it from me. you have to be opposite genders to exchange traits"

She nods, licking her lips. "ready?" she says quietly to the ankylosaurus man" he put out a hand to her and she put her hands on him. They both sighed. Suddenly she shuddered and grew, instead of armor, a shell like a beetle. Her abdomen seemed to grow out longer on a thin stem and get more club-like, her stinger receded and disappeared. She also had armor on her arms and legs and forehead. Her arms seemed stronger than before. Meanwhile the ankylosaurus man seemed to get smaller, his armor becoming more beetle-like as well, his tail becoming thin like hers. They were like beetles with club tails. but she had antenna and large eyes still.

He shook and got up carefully. The girl looked at both of you. "now what are your names? My name is Vespa" The ankylosaurus man said, "I'm Dan"

They nodded. "alright" said vespa. "let's proceed to the forest" She began walking in that direction.

The recent transformation seems to have healed him. Soon you get to the edge of the forest. Vespa ducked down behind a bush. "okay from here on in, we need to be extra careful. there's a high probability that any one of us will die in there. But there is also a huge amount of fruit and animals to hunt there, easy pickings"

"There are springs and streams of course, but not like the river area to the south of where we began" she said quietly. She pointed back the way you came.

She didn't seem to understand what you meant. "We don't have that. I've never seen that. If someone were to start doing that here, they would be swarmed in no time. You have to keep moving to stay alive here because of the big ones"

"They have many adaptations. They are sometimes large, sometimes they have large groups. Sometimes they have big minds. Sometimes big attacks. They aren't all physically large though" she said. "they are the top predators among us"

She smiles, "i like your bravery" she blushed. and grabbed one too, following your lead.

She shook her head, "I haven't. But I've heard" Just then there was a squawking sound deep in the forest and then a squeal and then silence. She glanced at you with alarm, "that's the way it is in there. we need to proceed with caution"

(just to be clear, you don't change by trying to change. it's by trying to survive and pass on your genes. It's an evolution simulator. And I'm not perfect at it, so expect mistakes 
You see rocks, flowers, and cactus around you. You can't remember how you got here. You aren't thirsty or hungry yet.
