Description
You find yourself in ___(choose a dangerous environment...can be any)__Pretend you are evolving, but as a single individual rather than a species. You behave like the evolution of a species though, and so if you aren't in danger, you won't evolve! There is another way you can evolve, however, and that's through mating selection! but the way we will handle that is non-mature (I have a plan I swear). Also there is competition, so you will have to adapt to compete for survival of the fittest!
So in this RP you will be TF'd to survive the environment wherever you go! This means partial transformations almost all the time, and multiple transformations as well. This one is gonna be really freeform, so if you have an idea, tell me in the notes or message and we can work it into a fun game!
And if you like, you can start off as whatever you like, but be warned! you won't end up the same as you started!!!!

You notice it doesn't extend further than your human friend could see before. But it does show that lower in elevation from the valley is a desert. But if you went there you would need a new map probably.
You also see a little drawing of a tiny castle at the top of the map, overlooking the mountains.
There's a compass rose that seems to have your human friend's tattoo on it.

"Oh, man, this is- wait... is that you?" I ask the map.

A voice drifts from the four cardinal directions.
"yeah, good thing I remembered it all eh?"

"well, it's...I dunno, it feels kind cool. I mean I'm not sensitive or anything, but I can feel it when you are looking at different parts of the map"

"I'm still going with that I said earlier about it being cool. Now can I go hunt?"" I ask, beginning to roll the map up

I stash the map in between my wings, then bound off for the bears I saw earlier

As you approach, you see several bears looking at you, barely moving from their activities

I snarl and pounce on the biggest one. I think I could take him...

The bear rears up, but it knocked onto it's back by you, slashing at your throat and face.

I roar in pain and try to do since lethal harm to it. But I'm just too big and clumsy.

As you fight the bear, you notice your body becoming loose, smaller, more elagant in it's movements.
Your scales shift to a darker color, your body slightly more serpentine.

I notice these changes happen and almost smile, if I wasn't being thrown across the clearing. I hit a tree with a crack. "Okay, that hurt..."

The bear comes running after you, hoping to finish off its kill. Thankfully it threw you enough distance that youhave a chance to respond.

I scramble to my feet and shoot a stream of fire at it.

The bear is reduced to a cooked bear.
A voice comes from the four directions, "well done!"

"You could see what happened? Oh, crap." I say the last sentence once I see the remaining there bears beginning to gang up on me.

"wow...umm, don't be so shocked! I'm kinda of...I dunno, around you?"
As they came running I began to curl tighter, becoming longer, one end becoming apoint.
Before long I'm an enormous spear.
My voice sounds tight. "hey, uh, I'm not sure if this is helpful"

"It's helpful." I pick you up and throw you at one bear as I attack another, unable to defend against the last one

With two bears down and both of us occupied, the bear claws at your neck and back, biting into you
"watch out!"

I turn over quickly and smash him into the ground.

The bear yelps like a dog and tries to run backward, backing away from you.
"get em! geeeetem"

I run after it, smiling. "Today you will die," I whisper

The bear turns, and bolts, but not fast enough. You notice that your legs
feel almost like springs, your body is much longer and cheetah-like in it's movements.
more like a mix between a snake and a cheetah. Your face seems to be smaller,
yet longer, more aerodynamic.
You catch it and it turns quickly, slashing at you.

I roar as it slashes my neck open, then I bite onto it, ripping large pieces of flesh off

"oh no...." The spear squeaks. "I can't see what's happening...what's happening? are you okay?"
Your neck opening releases hot dragon blood. The bear makes a sound that bears don't normally
make before dying, leaving you in a mess, itself in worse condition though.

"No," I gasp, blood glowing in my airways. "I'm not good..."

Something strange begins to flow over your nerves, numbing and
calming you, as blood flowed freely. Your neck continued to tear
for some abominable reason, but somehow it was feeling...not as painful.
You notice that your body keeps tearing, shredding, splitting.
"hey...I...you stopped talking"
Your body slips in half. As you blink you notice that you are somehow able to blink both
eyes, one smaller than the other, and with less good vision. Soon the blinking is productive
and you have two equally sized eyes, both able to see. You are, however, half the size.
The other half seems to have melted into a gelatinous blob with steam rising from it.

"I-I... what just happened?" I look at myself and at the puddle. "I just kinda split in half... this is scaring me..." I walk over to you and pull you out of the dead bear, now as large as I am.

I begin to tremble, unsure of what I should change into.
"wow, you feel way smaller...but you survived!"

"I am smaller... I'm tiny..." I had over to one of the bears and begin to eat.
(I'm hoping for more of me transforming into inanimate objects)

As you eat, you notice that I am beginning to unroll into a flat surfact, inflating again into a human boy shape.
I stand up. "wow...dude you are smaller than I thought!" I notice that even though you are eating, you're toes
are beginning to fray and you seem to be shrinking! You feel a sudden burst of energy however.

"AHH!!" I yelp as I try to stop the shrinking by basically trying to grip your shoulders as a way to pull myself up. "WHY AM I SHRINKING?!"

"Oh..ummm maybe....we..." I grasp for words, but get distracted by the fact that your arms are shriveling, and your face is shriveling, though your skin seems to be paradoxically becoming smooth. Your legs are splayed out into an almost straw-like way, the tissue winnowing out and thinning quickly while simultaneously splintering.

"PLEASE HELP ME!!" I shout just before my mouth shrivels away. I fall onto the ground, struggling to get up.

I pick you up, noticing you are increasingly more rigid. You seem to twitch in my touch,
straightening to an extent before twisting slightly and stopping movement altogether, except
for a small red thread that seems to have begun gently weaving itself around your fluff and then
subsequently tightening it with each pass.
"You...seem to have become a ...broom?"
The tightening finishes and I jokingly put you between my legs like I'm going to take off.

Suddenly, I jerk and launch you about ten feet into the air, then plummet. 'Ow,' I think once I hit the ground.
(So why do your replies take a while sometimes?)

"OOOF!" I feel like I was kicked in the balls X10, and then after a quick jaunt in the air, I land on the ground, bruised, a bit twisted up. (not sure what should happen to me...)

You feel your skin begin to harden, like a thick shell, as the pain goes away. I quiver a little

"ohhhh...geeez...can you...can you control it?" I get up, feeling suddenly relieved, looking over at you.

I bob in a nodding motion, then try to hover.

Seeing you successfully lift off the ground, I hesitantly try to get back on, unsure if my appearance really has changed at all.

The shell darkens a little, and you can feel yourself getting much lighter as the shell thickens. I lift off slowly.

"wow, we are really flying now!" I lean forward and hold on.
"Well...let's assume that we don't need any food right now...cause I certainly don't ahve a huge appetite right now, and ah...you seem...content...so" I trail off, realizing you can't respond verbally.

I start to just spinning in circles, looking for the castle I saw on the map earlier.
(We need to have mutations all the time. Can I be female once I get back to an animate form? For breeding?)

As we go around and around, I notice that the centripetal force is strong and I begin to slide some I'm on the inside, clutching you closer.
"wowooo" I can't see it, but your wood is molding around my waist, onto the insides of my legs, and through my legs, making the ride much easier. But the straw begins to stick to my feet as well...
(yeah, sounds like a good way to go. I don't do mature, but mating can be done without it being M-rated)

I shimmy a little as I meld with you. You can suddenly hear a thought: "Which way?!"

I think back "wow that feels weird...careful where you grow!" but it was too late, I already
had you growing throughout my lower half. "it feels kind of sticky...and I didn't mean a pun..I just.
Find that castle...I think it's oh I remember it all again!! It's over here!" I point my body toward it,
feeling myself become lighter, the grass filling me up inside.
