Being such a sincere, hearty leader; Fadedstar couldn't ever make his devotion to Sunclan more clear. Often seen as a fatherly figure within the clan, he treats every sunclan warrior as family and every kit as his own child. He leads his clan with an exuberant level of compassion for a cat raised within the restraints of the warrior code, and it shows. Fadedstar often leaves the more discipline-based bits of managing camp in the paws of his deputy, Spotnose, and avoids mentoring apprentices himself, even though he is very concerned about these aspects of clan life. Often times this leader can be seen grappling with certain aspects of the warrior code, more specifically when they don't fit with his personal moral compass, which often yields him severe criticism from other clan cats.
