Scorchstorm stood in front of her apprentice, Larkpaw. She smiled a bit. My very own apprentice... I'll make her a brilliant warrior. She lifted a forepaw. "Larkpaw, today, I'm going to go teach you how to dig up rabbit burrows. Listen well, since I won't be repeating myself much."
Larkpaw had a determined look on her face. She nodded, understanding.
Together, mentor and apprentice set out for one of their first training sessions.
