SkunkyArt | ZercherGoroshi — The Beyonder vs Fu

Both are cosmic beings who are creations of higher powers (the Beyonder being a young member of the Beyonder race, and Fu being the artificial child of Towa and Mira) who were from a very young age, learnt of and were fascinated by the multiverse and the heroes within it, looking at it from their own little realm where they grew up in (the Beyond Realm and a rift in space respectively).

This eventually led them to creating a world made with bits and pieces from other worlds (Battleworld and Prison Planet), and taking warriors through the multiverse to put on this world, for their own experiment to see who the strongest is for their own amusement but eventually had their fun ruined (Doctor Doom absorbing the Beyonder's power, which after getting it back, he just let everyone go home and Fu's lab being destroyed by Xeno Goku and Xeno Vegeta, which caused him to get enraged & fight the pair but left after realizng the Core Warriors would show up, leaving to further his plans with Cooler).

After this, the two continued to follow the heroes whever they went, becoming more and more fascinated by them (the Beyonder going to Earth and trying to find his purpose in life and Fu containing to figure out his "Big Bang Mission") which eventually led to their apparent defeats (The Beyonder, after being told he was a faulty Cosmic Cube, turned himself back into one and Fu being seemingly killed by a Kamehameha from Goku, who had absorbed the power of the Universal Tree that Fu had created).

However, the two still lived on (The Beyonder becoming Kosmos, The Maker and then back into a Fully Grown Beyonder, where then travelled the Land of Couldn't-Be Shouldn't-Be and then the House of Ideas and Fu exploring the Infinite Mulitverse with the Time Patroller) (this part is a tad questionable for Fu because of the differences between his characterisation in Xenoverse 2 and Heroes, but should be fine enough).

But knowing how many contradictions and retcons that exist in their characters, to the point where they have two separate character versions (Pre + Post Retcon Beyonder/Xenoverse 2 & Heroes Fu), you could probably make 5 different versions of this comparison.

Their personalities are very similar, just being a massive troll who explores and plays around with the universe with their immense cosmic power, which alot of time gets them over their heads but other times their ultimate threats to everything in those Multiverse threating to destroy it all.

Also yeah, their powers involves fucking around with reality... like a lot.
