Shiro and Kenchi, known in the main continuity for being a two-headed fox, have found themselves stuck back to back instead in this alternate timeline.
Though they appear conjoined, they're actually stuck together by some sort of extremely powerful adhesive that they won't be getting out of anytime soon. Might even be permanent.
