Description
Just a short animation of Yandere-Chan.Programs used: Flash CS6 and Photoshop CS6
The character and crude-looking sakura trees were drawn by me. The sky was taken from a screenshot.
It's been a good long while since I last animated. I'm admittedly a bit out of practice.
I had a bit of trouble pacing the lip flaps properly. XP

The animation for the girl (JUST the girl) was done in Flash. I then saved it as a png sequence and imported it into Photoshop, where I added the background (a screenshot), some additional effects and the subtitles. I compiled everything into an animation using the Photoshop animation tool and exported it as an animated gif.
Mind you, the method I used to make this gif is different from how I make animations for videos. In the case of videos, I would either animate it all in Flash, or some kind of movie editing software like Sony Vegas.
Hope this helps a little. I'm not very good at explaining things. XP

I have a habit of doing that thing that some anime/manga artists do where they draw extremely angry or mean characters with "sad" eyebrows.
