“A kids show and tell? Are you serious Arashi?” The fox asked as he adjusted his beanie before taking another shot of his favorite alcoholic beverage. “I mean….you know this can only end in two ways.”

“Two ways? What do you exactly mean by that Rayzer?” Arashi asked before taking another swig of his beer. The fox sitting next to him was one of the chimera’s closest friends. In fact one of only a handful that he kept in touch with after highschool.

“Well they’ll either think you the coolest thing like your little friend. Or they’ll go home crying, saying how a monster was at school today.” The chimera groaned at the thought of being called a monster again.

“Well I already promised him I would. And besides, their just kids. If anything I know my eyes will scare them so I’ll just wear a hat or something. I mean how bad could it be?” The fox only laughed, earning a swift flick on the shoulder.

“OW! Hey you wanted the truth! I’m just glad you didn’t punch me…..would have sent me across the room.”

“Don’t be silly. I’m not THAT strong.” Arashi gave rayzer a playfull nudge before finishing off what was left of his beer.

“So what do you have planned for tonight?”

“I got my first gig tonight! Going to be dj’ing for some club down the road from here. You should come dude! I heard they get all kinds of good eye candy.” The fox said, stretching his arms out, acting like his was groping something, causing the chimera to laugh a little.

“Thanks for the invitation but I can’t. I have the morning shift at the gym tomorrow. Bright and early at 5am.”

Rayzer shuddered at the thought of getting up that early for any job.

“Well I’d rather stay up that late then get up that early.” Sitting up he patted the chimera on his back and gave him a few dollars for another beer.

“I wish you the best of luck buddy. I’ll call ya up later and find out how it went.”

“Do you have any advice for me? Anything I should do for the show and tell?” Arashi asked.

“Yeah…..bring shit loads of candy.”
