Description April 15, 1947 One of the most famous events in American history happened. One man allowed millions of others to dream about doing anything they wanted in life. On this day Jackie Roosevelt Robinson took first base and started the intergration of Major League Baseball. To commemorate this occasion I dressed my character Sammy in his jersey.

I know to some this doesn't mean jack to you but to me and other African Americans what he did meant that I have a shot at doing what I want to do in life. Just remember that when this was happening schools haven't been intergrated yet.
