Allow me to once again poke at the streaky things here, like the road. You might want to try working in more layers on it or even try going from darkest shading to the lightest overall tone, since that sometimes can help blend everything especially if you work really wet (try sticking one of those thin, flexible plastic cutting boards under the paper if a pencil board is too small to help keep the ink in the paper). You're water needs some help there, though on all honestly I'm not sure what advice to give you on it. If you've got some paint, milky pens or colour pencil it helps to use them to create highlights. But for marker, I'd avoid the sort of random-ish streaks of darker colour you've got going on. Try just shading it front to back with the closest parts being the lightest with only a few dark patches and then adding highlights in those close parts to show the shine of the sun on the surface and foam/wave caps. I'd also make the sky lighter (i know it's hard to get really nice light, sky blue tones in tria and prisma colour, so maybe see what chart pack and copic have if you've got the cash, if not and if your paper's thick enough a water colour wash might do the trick...) and make the bridge darker for a more impressive sihkouette and to better separate it from the foreground. Another trick to try for the city scape in the far background (though you have handled it great leaving it just black like that) is to play some aeral perspective with it by either colouring it a grey first then going over it with the blue for the sky, or covering it with the sky tone and then putting the grey over it. You'll have to play with that and see what you like best given the paper your using.
It's really great to hear from Sorata that you're working hard to imporve your marker work and I can really see it coming along.

Everytime you do a Jet Set Radio fanart piece I feel like playing that game. I no longer own any console systems. Curse You!!! Lol. Nice work.
