NOTE: I think it important to say that I am a member on the website animepaper.com where I submit wallpapers under the username of casinobrawl.

I never actually submitted this wallpaper, either, however. I submitted it to the session zero section which is where you may have your wallpapers critiqued by other members before submitting. I was suggested to try putting more effort or adding something to the background. Sadly, I had already saved and flattened the layers and couldn't go back and fix much, so I decided to just make it so everyday people could use it rather than submitting it and risking rejection.

This one is for 1280x800 screen resolutions.

I believe it's a Carnelian//Orbit wallpaper, but I've never seen//read this series, so I don't know who she is. If you do, feel free to inform me. I just thought the scan was cute.

For the background I did a series of different cloud brushes that clashed two different shades of blue together, and used a lot of different fractal brushes set to screen to try and get an underwater effect. The bubbles were just a... finishing touch, more or less.
