Amazing, great job. Two things though.
One - try saving it as a png if you haven't, jpeg's take away too much quality
Two- This goes for Ulquiorra as well. The hole shouldn't be part of the model, but a gap, and you can see the hair through it and whatnot. I'm not sure how you'd do that if you don't know, but I'm just saying I think that'd improve it even more.
