The Doctor =

Decade and The Doctor. They have a number of similarities between each other when you think about it.

They both like travelling. Decade travels across parallel worlds and The Doctor travels across time. Decade did travel back in time once in the Cho Den-O and Decade movie (though it's never explained how he did) and the Doctor has travelled into parallel universes on occasion.

They both travel in unassuming buildings. Decade a photography studio, the Doctor a police box.

They both have companions in their travels.

They've both been involved in wars and been responsible for mass killings. Decade killed the Kamen Riders, while the Doctor killed the Time Lords. (Please note: I took this pic back in 2011. At the time I originally wrote this, Day of The Doctor, which, depending on your point of view, altered or retconned the Doctor's actions during the Time War, leading to the Time Lords being stuck in a parallel universe as opposed to being blown up, had not been made yet.)
