The outfit the girl is wearing was inspired by DA user NoFlutter , who has drawn the Sailor Scouts wearing, what I'm guessing are, the Sailor Scouts in Victorian outfits. Yeah, given that I watch NoFlutter , it's probably not a good thing I'm unsure as to whether they're meant to be steampunk outfits or Victorian outfits or whatever.

I took this pic, and a few others while this girl was being interviewed by some bloke. She was telling him who she was dressed as and namechecked NoFlutter and was also asked by the bloke if she had anything to say to convince people to come to the convention (or words to that effect).

You want my advice? Build a TARDIS or a DeLorean (sp?) and time travel to an earlier convention, which didn't have ridiculous entry/exit systems! Or Quantum Leap into whoever was responsible for deciding on MCM Comic Con having the ridiculous entry/exit system!
