It's been a while since I last did something like this!This was done using MS Paint and Adobe Photoshop. Wish I coulda done some shading on here, but hey, kinda wanted to get this done quick.
This is basically Cloud mimicking Goku Black's victory pose from Dragon Ball FighterZ in a nutshell.
