This was requested by someone on tumblr.Also, before any calls me a theif for "stealing" the Mitsuru color palette of Weiss from this deviation www.deviantart.com/seggel2009/… , I would like everyone to know that the color palette is COMPLETELY different from that deviation and I'm not gonna lie, I kinda wanted to do my OWN version of the "Weiss as Mitsuru" color palette.
Also, fun fact: Weiss doesn't have any stockings in her default 16 color palettes from BBCTB, so when I decided to do my version of the Mitsuru color palette, I decided to add stockings for Weiss just for fun.
