If people saw all the RPs featuring Omega and Neige meeting before or after MMZ4, there's a chance that ZeroxCiel fans would demand them to be together, despite Neige in the end urging Omega to be with Ciel and Omega usually turning her down before then... There's one very touching speech from Omega about his love for Ciel... If you want, I could send it via note to you.

Well, there is a 90% chance that Ciel (And Cial if you count the manga or my fanfics) is Alia's biological daughter, so to speak. The proof behind that is in the ending of X6, Alia says that she has a solution for the Maverick Virus, which ends up being the Mother Elf. There is a chance that Alia started it, but a human had finished it and took credit, but what are the chances of that human having blonde hair and blue eyes as well? Anyway, Alia's DNA was asumeably gathered for research (Maybe she donated a fragment for a future solution, due to the rise of the energy crisis). Ciel and Cial were experiments with DNA, so there is a possiblility that in addition to the intellect enchancements, their DNA could've been reploid DNA (Alia's) originally, and converted to human DNA. All resulting into the birth of Cial, and later, Ciel.

Maybe you could look at the design reference from the monitor girls from MMZ 2 & 3. Might give you some further design ideas.
