Description
This piece was finished a while back in 2008. I never had guts to submit this anywhere til now. I went back and re worked on few parts as I love reworking on my old images. Everything is created completely from my imagination, her armor and weapon aren't from the WoW universe. Overall I'm pretty satisfied with the result. I'm not sure how long it took for me to paint this but I'm guessing over 40 hrs! lol.**********

Thanks for your compliment and the critique. I did thought about that carefully during the process but decided to make them look like they are being pushed up against her chest by her breast plates.

Amazing job! am i the only one who didnt think wow as the first thought? 
My first thought was bleach, She looks like an Arrancar, part of the Spada. The skull thing on her head would be the hollow mask.
The only thing to fix is the hilt. it doesnt align to the rest of the sword once it comes out of the hand.

great job! don't know if you want any advice but just some observations
the sword hilt does not line up with the rest of the sword, also the angle of the sword will look more natural if it followed the angle of the hand holding it more, instead of completely facing the viewer 100% (not sure if that made sense?).
the perspective of the table makes it seem slightly too small, i think to make it more realistic it should probably be painted bigger, since from the way you painted it the viewer is quite close to her and looking at her nearly at eye level, the perspective on the table should be from a much higher angle. lastly the whole waist part seems a little flattened out, mostly on the right side. it could do with some more volume.
that's my humble advice hope to see more great work from you in the future! keep it up!

I love the coloring on this a lot, I can tell you spent a lot of time on it... it payed off, GW!
About that armor... you should submit that concept to Blizzard, you never know, it might become a new one for the game!

I just love it when I cruise the galleries and I discover amazing art like this! I suppose it could have some WoW connotations to it with the style, but it's definitely enjoyable for others who aren't into that game/fan art, as well! The general drawing is superb and the colors you chose are perfect. Throw in some ultra cool magic effects and we have a winner! I really love this and I'm glad you broke down and shared it! 40 hrs? Wow. I mean, it obviously paid off...but I usually just drop it after half that time.

that's really awesome! Though the sword seems a little out of place, almost like "hey look I'm inscribing......and holding a sword...?"
Also: great outfit/armor. WoW could really use some work on theirs, rather bland.
