I've been working on this for awhile now and I think I'm ready to submit this finally and move onto other pieces.It took roughly about 20+ hours.
This character is my perspective of a Fallen Angel or the Angel of Death.
In this picture, she uses her sword to watch the world. On it she sees many horrible things like crimes, wars, massacre, homicide, genocide, rape anything involving death that are about to happen. With her sword she can predict individuals' fates. She then guides the individual to the world of afterlife.
This piece got accepted into one of the Ballistic Publishing's CGbook called "Exotique 3"

For something that has so much evident effort (I'm sure the favourites are wonderfully appreciated of course but) it's quite sad to see so little actual feedback here.
The way you've linked the styling nature of the wing to clouds really works in favour of your characters presence. The detail you've worked particularly on the 'structure' side of the piece is very impressive and adds immensely to the final impression.
It's composed in a very typical heaven vs hell manner but you've managed to uniform the elements so it's only on second inspection it's even evident- I'm seeing a more 'time vs structure' in this be it life and death significant, much more appealing hehe.
The blue through red colours have made for a very passionate atmosphere and the expression on her face is one perfect for leaving the narrative open to anyone's interpretation. In her empty eyes I personally see a sadness, and determination. The reflections in her sword are the perfect touch.
The only things that detract from this for me are the stiffness of the ribbon(?) trailing from her clothing and the uncertainty of the chain- it seems like something you played around with the concept of but didn't really decide to dedicate much too, but there is no doubt this piece is going to go down really well around here.
