it is Protoman from the Ruby Spears version of Megaman.
I've probly drawn this image at least 10 times. Just a cool pic.
I remember watching the show when I was a kid. Back when the "BKN" was on t.v.
If I remember right, the line up was Sonic the Hedgehog, Garfield and friends and then Megaman.
Though I had to wait till after school to watch the re-run to see the whole episode.
If I stayed to watch it in the morning, I would miss my bus to school. never missed any school up until high school.
Anyways, fond memories and all.
