Bio: 20 years ago, on February 9th, he lived in New York with his family and his older brother, Rio Oliver Kite, for a long time as a new life. At age 16, Alexander had a rebellious attitude and had the favor to change something for good in this world and become a graffiti artist of stencil art to inspired from. During his stencil art, he got caught by his older brother as he is embarrassed and irritated at this since he kept going over and over and over again after their parents passed away. During the conversation, they encounter a Conduit who rambles about the end of the world from demons as Rio tries to calm things down as Alexander tries to hold him to calm down only to reveal that he's a conduit and absorb his power of smoke as he looks inside of mind looking at memory as conduit used to work with Hank after the downfall of D.U.P. and he went to Tokyo for vacation only to reveal his power to amaze people but was capture and being experimented on by unknown as there was 2 person shake hands as a person in a yellow and red and black suit made deals with one vampire demon about the power he wanted to show their superior power and taking a woman as a slave. A Conduit victim escapes from Tokyo and later then went to New York left hidden until he encounters two of them. Alexander shock and confuse, a Conduit somehow become normal reveal that they're trying to trigger their inner demons with demon blood to get them into Evil Karma side and find information on how to gain powers like one of Conduit. But Conduit notices himself that he wasn't crazy as he believes Alexander may have the power to fix individuals' minds as he told them about it. Before he could finish his sentence, he got shot by a human with a red-eye holding a gun as Alexander fires a Smoke Shot at him blowing through his heart and died as he reveals to be a demon. After knowing Conduit's warning, Rio then decided to put Alexander to visit Seattle with him as he knows someone who can train him but it takes time. They then went to Seattle in 2 weeks as they meet the trio that started the second age. Alexander and Eugene Sim became friends as he was taught about Video Powers. Alexander and Abigail Walker became siblings that rely on each other in Seattle as she taught him about her Neon Powers as he masters it after Video powers. Last was Delsin Rowe, they became friends as he taught Alexander about both concrete and smoke powers as he finally masters both powers. At age 19, Alexander finally gave them the reason why he needs their help mastering his new powers as Eugene heard the rumors on what's happening to Tokyo as Eugene warn him about the rapist yakuza and demons from the underworld as Abigail is not going there until everything's back to normal, Alexander finally notices how he master it since there were no core relays as Delsin reveal there are core relays appear out of nowhere from the new department called Nexus Unit Order or N.U.O. as their theory may have come from remaining D.U.P. being promoted itself as a leader as the news about N.U.O. may have come from Tokyo as a new spot that'll give order to system. Alexander, believing this, decided to go there and investigate while getting rid of demons, Rio will go with him since he's rebellious like Delsin back then as he notices them reminded him back in the old days. And so, at age 20, Alexander and Rio decided to go to Tokyo and fix the problems Tokyo have been facing for while as Eugene will be their caller and researcher to look it up and give warnings to him in case of new enemies he'll be dealing with as Oliver brothers made it to Tokyo as Rio fails to keep an eye on Alexander as he left. While Alexander admires many people, he notices N.U.O. arresting Conduits as he decided to go to vent with smoke and made it on top as he climbs down the latter's and walk away. Alexander calls Rio about N.U.O. arresting Conduits as Rio was confused since Conduits and humans can coexist as he realizes something doesn't seem right as Rio ends the call. At night, Alexander makes a graffiti about freedom of humanity and the birds as he called it "Wings of mankind". Alexander then hears a commotion as he brings out a mask and sunglasses as he uses Neon powers and uses Light Speed to run faster and concentrate the sound where it comes from as his adventure and choices begins.

Weakness:

New Powers: After absorbing new powers that Delsin never had before(Like Water for example), Alexander didn't know what to do with new powers he had gain of and require Core Relay since he can't switch to new powers that he had gain of.

Knock unconscious: After absorbing new powers from Conduit, he will be knocked unconscious and takes about 30 seconds to wake up. And if he's going to fix someone mind, he will go unconscious until he fixes someone's mind and takes about 30 seconds to wake up after repairing someone's mind.

Force Vision of Bad Ending: After gaining Electrokinesis after abosrbing powers from (Spoiler) Resurrected Evil Cole, who despised both N.U.O. and NOMAD, Alexander was forced to see bad ending vision in alternate timelines as though he cannot remove until he used Core Relay for his Karma Bomb after gaining power skills after absorbing Core Relay to slow the vision down.

The red and blue highlight hair represent good Karma and Evil Karma as neutral when he goes in Good karma route, his hair highlight of red and blue becomes a whole blue. When he goes to Evil karma, his highlight of red and blue hair goes full red highlight.
