Background:
Chiou was born hybrid, her mother is a wolf Tengu and her father is an ordinary human. She is the 2nd in command of the Tengu Squad Division Corp. AKA the protectors, spending her life on the most busy things. Despite her loyalty to her kind, she despise the Tengu Lord's actions, thinking that he do foolish decisions for everyone. She carries a huge broadsword from her mother after she retires from her army work. The text embedded in the sword's handle that says "For Honor".

Relationships:

Aya (Acquaintance): Chiou really doesn't get Aya's motive on things she's doing. Sometimes she brings trouble in the mountains, making Chiou's work harder. But she keeps taps on Aya (Violations) whenever she is into.

Momiji (Friend): Momiji works under her command. They became close friends cause she's the one gives out reports to her. Knowing that Momiji still hanging out with Aya and Nitori, she keeps her distance whenever they are together

Mikoo (Acquaintance):Like Aya, Chiou can't understand his motives. She keeps him in check cause she saw him flying over the Tengu territory and went to the human civilization more often. She doubts that he is pretending to be a Tengu so he could be giving out information to the humans, or she could be wrong?
