Cool. I've tried to use photoshop to colour stuff, but it usually comes out looking like crap. I guess the lineart wasn't good or something.

what effect did you use to color the hair? it looks like you put a few sun bursts of white/light blue in it. I think it's a great effect, makes it look flowing water. Great job man!

oh for her hair, i found that using a solid colour of blue, then apply where the light and dark is. after those 3 colours are there i use the Burn and Dogde Tool and just smear the crap outa it
