This is Frost, he's best friends with Flame! He's another one of my characters and was also recently redesigned
Some background/info:
He is a ice/wind type dragon.
He spends most of his time looking for friends and is a very popular dragon!
He likes flying alot and hardly touches the ground, even when he's close to the ground or doing normal activities.
He is a happy-go-lucky type of dragon who never seems to be sad or mad.
