FOR THE LOVE OF GOD FULLVIEWTo those who'll fave without commenting; *middle finger*
So I speed-painted this in PhotoShop CS. The image is actually the cover to book one of a doujinshi I'll be posting sometime in the near future... except this version is prettied up a bit.
Anyway, I'm in a spring-time mood. March is here, so I guess it's just a matter of time before hay fever sets in.
Zelda is hot as a brunette. <3

No, I'm just teasing you, please don't hit me, lol D:. K srsly tho; it IS fantastic. I love how all the various items just seem to...float around her gracefully. It's a cool concept, and somehow makes sense, 'cuz that series is whacky like that ahah |D;;. And her expression, just... Holy crap, there's so much emotion. I-I can't describe it. And the coloring's simple, but beautiful, too. It's actually kinda fitting, considering everything else that's going on. The simplicity (ohgawsh why can't I spell) just clicks with the rest of it.
Seriously, great work, it's got a kind of happy feel to it, but an emotional one, too, I'd say. Actually does remind me of Spring, ahahah xD.

Wow. The shattering effect on the armor is really good. I never liked Zelda as a blonde. I always said that Zelda was a good brunette and that blonde was way over done. Along with pink. Pink is way over done with women, so the colour change was good. (by the way, i love the hair. and the style, simple but elegant.)

Anyway, this picture is just so pretty. It has a very clean, refreshing look to it, and her expression is so Zelda- very calm and serene. I also love how the armor and her circlet is all being stripped away, as if to reveal the real woman underneath. Very creative!

Basically, it symbolizes rebirth/renewing. The armor breaking off shows a new, fragile being underneath... just like in spring, the old has died away and the new is breaking out of the earth... which is why it's called "spring beauty". ^^
